a. Personal Information

When you register for the Beta Program, we may ask for personal information, including but not limited to:

• Job Title and Company Name (if applicable)
• Login Credentials (passwords are stored in hashed/encrypted format)

b. Usage Data & Telemetry (Critical for Beta)

As this is a Beta version, we collect detailed Usage Data to help us identify bugs and improve performance. This "Telemetry" includes:

• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
• Log Data: IP address, time spent on pages, clickstream data, and navigation paths.
• Crash Reports: detailed logs generated when the Application encounters an error (provided via tools like Sentry or similar).
• Performance Metrics: Page load times and server response times.

c. User Content

We process the data, files, and content you upload to the Application ("User Content") solely for the purpose of providing the service and testing data integrity. We do not use your User Content for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Application.
• Beta Improvement: To analyze Telemetry and Feedback to fix bugs, prioritize features, and improve usability.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. As this is a Beta program, we reserve the right to delete account data and User Content upon the termination of the Beta phase or as described in the Participation Agreement.
