Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Summary of Terms

This is a legally binding agreement. By applying, you agree to the following key terms on behalf of your company:

  1. Confidential Information: You acknowledge that all information related to our web application, including but not limited to its features, design, performance, documentation, and any related communications, is "Confidential Information."
  2. Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose, publish, or disseminate any Confidential Information to any third party without our prior written consent.
  3. Purpose: You agree to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of testing and evaluating the beta version of our web application.
  4. Feedback: All feedback, suggestions, and ideas you provide ("Feedback") become our exclusive property. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate this Feedback for any purpose.
  5. "As Is" Basis: The beta application is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. You acknowledge it may contain bugs or errors and agree that we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application.
  6. Term and Termination: This agreement is effective upon submission of this form and continues until we publicly release the application, or until we terminate the agreement in writing. Your confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of the agreement.
